Jeff Profitt Jr.
Owner & Training Director, Bravo Team K9 LLC
Jeffrey Profitt Jr. has been dedicated to dog training since the age of 12, spending countless hours studying, mentoring, and training under respected K9 professionals such as Joe Nick, Mike Bullock, Tim Crane, and others throughout the East coast. Since 2016, he has specialized in training and handling police canines across various breeds, disciplines, and operational settings.
Jeff’s areas of expertise include K9 behavior, selection, and obedience, as well as bite work development, street readiness, and tactical operations. He is highly experienced in detection training, patrol techniques, and managing K9 operations in alignment with agency policies, use of force guidelines, and multiple K9 association standards. His skill set also includes leadership, incident management, and foundational K9 health care.
Throughout his career, Jeff has received numerous commendations, awards, and letters of appreciation in recognition of his contributions to law enforcement at both state and national levels. Today, he serves as the Owner and Training Director of Bravo Team K9 LLC, where he continues to provide expert guidance and training to handlers and their canine partners.
Kaileigh Colgan
Trainer
Kayleigh Colgan, a Working Dog Trainer, started her training in 2022 attending a training school in Ohio.
After joining Bravo Team K9 in November 2023, she has successfully trained over 65 canines for various law enforcement agencies and a family protection dog in California. Kayleigh has also attended a working dog training seminar in NJ learning from some of best trainers in the country. Kayleigh has traveled all over the east coast and mid west for numerous different agencies for selection of police dogs. Her dedication and expertise have resulted in impressive performances by the dogs she has trained and prepped leading to drug finds, family protection services, and the canines locating missing/suspect individuals.
